I was invited to do a food review at Alabang hills, Muntinlupa. At first, I really don’t know how to there though I have blogger friends from the south who live near the area so I glad they taught me how to go there without any fuss.

How to get there?

If you coming from manila and South Luzon area. The most accessible is at Alabang South station. As for me, I took a jeepney ride from Pacita San Pedro to South Station, Alabang. I look for the jeep that has the sign of Muntinlupa Bayan and south station. It took me around 30 minutes to an hour ride. Then got off to the south station. From there, took a jeep going to Sucat and it took me 30 minutes to an hour.

It is a Retro Arcade Cafe located in the heart of Alabang Hills. The exact location is at 4th Floor Madison Galeries, 398, Don Jesus Boulevard corner West Service Road, Alabang Hills, Brgy. Cupang, 1771 Muntinlupa City.

At the time of our arrival, I imagine myself going to back to the past. My eyes caught me the retro 80’s theme with an Arcade inside, surprisingly. Further, I started to destress myself while my co-bloggers arrive which I haven’t seen them for a long time due to busy schedule as a freelancer.

It is already given when it is a cafe, they started to serve beverages and drinks. So, they started to serve their Caramel Selection from hot, iced and blended. The Caramel was inspired by the old Caramel candies. Since I came from the sickness I decided to take hot caramel latte. The taste of hot blended caramel latte was sweet but not too sweet. It’s a perfect starter.

Our appetizer started with Fish and Onion Rings, Mexican TacosThe fish are perfectly cook though a bit oily though we still enjoy together with Heineken Beer while me catching up with my blogger friends. Oh, by the way, we have Zomato People in the house during our review, they are also our friends. Going back to the menu, started to serve the viands.

We had brunch with Pork sisig and Crispy Pata. Let’s start with the sisig, it was so spicy perfect for beer though it would be nice if hot rice on it. While for the Crispy Pata it was delicious though I can’t eat that much because of my cholesterol. The data was crispy and juicy, cooked to perfection.

Towards the end of our review, we get a chance to have their Sangria( White and Red). Both are great in taste, especially with friends. I would prefer to the white Sangria next time.

The Verdict!

  • Accessibility-quite accessible place especially if you live nearby.
  • Theme and background- love it because I was born during the ’80s and Millennials can appreciate it very well.
  • Food -thumbs up!
  • Staff and crew -very accommodating
  • Arcade- so fun with friends especially the Boomman game.😍
